I brought an item in today for an unexpected rush alteration today and I was taken care of with great respect and haste! The owner measured me promptly and had my item back to me within an hour! Perfect fit and I was treated so nice! I went to tip her extra for her great care to my situation and she politely refused, but I insisted she keep it. She was humble and so honest. This is a rarity these days! I will definitely be bringing all of my tailoring to her from now on! I highly recommend it! I support small busineses owned and operated by family, and this is the reason why!
I took my leather jacket in to have some patches sewn on and found both the ladies there to be quite pleasant. The seamstress did a great job sewing on the patches where I wanted them, and for a few bucks extra she got it done the same day which was amazing. I already plan to go back to get more patches on the jacket and on a leather vest I have. I will be recommending them to the folks down at Harley-Davidson of Tucson, they sell leather and patches etc as well as bikes. Thanks!

THANK YOU! I can here for the first time last week to get a pair of my dad's dress pants pockets fixed. After being told that they could not be repair by 3 diffrent places because the were hand made by a tailor in India. The wonderful ladies that were here looked at them and said they would have them for me in a week. They did more then keep their word. I came to get them today and started to cry. They look like the day he got them 20 years ago. I will never go anywhere else again. And once you give them a chance I know you will feel the same. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
